Processing of personal data in accordance with EU regulation

In connection with the General European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) we kindly ask you to express your consent to the processing of your personal data in e-shop modules.prestashop.sk. The purpose of the GDPR Regulation is to give you a higher level of protection for your personal data and an overview of its processing and your rights.

Your personal data is processed solely in accordance with applicable legislation. We process personal data only with the client’s consent. It is only his / her free choice whether or not to give his / her consent to the extent proposed by us. The granting of consent is completely voluntary and once the consent has been granted, it can be revoked at any time. We are bound by the scope of the consent given and fully respect it.

Your personal data will be securely stored, collected, processed and archived for the purpose of keeping accounting records and documents for 10 years (based on Article 431/2002 Coll. On Accounting, as amended) since the last order placed.

We use cookies to personalize the content of our e-shop to your preferences. Cookies are small data files that our e-shop stores in your web browser when you visit it. If you do not agree to the use of cookies, set your own rules for the use of cookies in the web browser on your device. The user of the e-shop has the right to obtain information about the purpose and extent of processing of his / her personal data.

 

 

  1. Right to data portability

It is the duty of the controller to sell to the data carrier all the information processed by him in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. By exercising this right, the user gains control of his / her personal data and has the possibility to sell it in another way.

The download tool is available to the user under “Account> Privacy (GDPR)” of their customer account.

 

  1. Right to rectify data

The user has the right to ask the data administrator for correction in case of suspicion of incorrect data stored. He can edit his / her data in the “Account” section of his / her customer account.

 

  1. Right to Limited Data Processing

The user has the right to have the administrator restrict the processing of his / her personal data, or make the selected personal data unavailable, or temporarily delete the published data.

 

  1. Right to delete data

The user has the right to delete his / her personal data without undue delay, unless they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed and the legal reason for their possible archiving has ceased to exist. Upon request to delete data, all irrevocably deleted and related orders (if any) will be anonymized.

 

  1. Right to be forgotten

The User shall have the right to take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to delete all references to his / her personal data and copies thereof if the legal reason for their possible archiving has ceased to exist.

The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data or if he / she has no possibility to exercise the right of erasure.

 

  1. Right to lodge a complaint

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he / she considers that the processing of his / her personal data is contrary to GDPR.

 

 

  1. Recording user requests

The e-shop operator is obliged to record all requests of users in connection with downloading, correcting and deleting their data.

 

  1. Ensuring data protection

We have modern technical and security mechanisms to protect the processed data from unauthorized access or transmission, against its loss or destruction, or other possible misuse.

In the absence of consent and personal information, we will not be able to provide you with any services under the European Data Protection Regulation.
